Tern Digital Solutions LLC ("Tern Digital Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") is a United States limited liability company providing digital services to online businesses, including AI and automation systems, content creation, and marketing services.

We operate through client-facing brands, including Liam Operates (liamoperates.com). This Privacy Policy applies to terndigitalsolutions.com and to the websites and services of our operating brands where those sites link to this policy.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
